From its 17500 square foot site in Neachells Lane, Wednesfield, Necessary offers both small batch and higher volume production to meet specific customer requirements.

Our pressings are supplied to a range of industries and customers which include small to medium enterprises as well as large PLC’s. As a result, we have a proven record of delivering to deadlines and satisfying quality requirements, with a demonstrable commitment to customer service.

Our press capacity ranges from 20 tonne up to 250 tonne.

We have a range of welding facilities – mig and spot, with a team of experienced welders.

Our machine shop and toolmaking facilities offer a wide range of machining capabilities and capacity to provide in-house toolmaking and general machining services.

In addition, we have an assembly section to bring all of the elements together into the end products. We also subcontract, on behalf of our customers, to a wide range of finishers – galvanisers, platers, powder coaters, heat treaters etc, which means that you do not have to.

All of the above services and capabilities combine to offer you a one-stop-shop solution for your pressworking and general engineering needs – all under one roof. You can leave the logistics to us.
